Shane Coleman
Shane Coleman currently serves as the National Director of Training for ERSCA (Emergency Road Service Coalition of America). He is an industry veteran with 38 years in the Towing and Recovery industry. Shane’s experience started with a family Towing & Recovery business in the suburban area of Troy, Michigan. His experience with private, commercial, and municipal towing and recovery initiated his drive for training and professional standards. Prior to ERSCA, Shane served in various roles at major towing equipment manufacturers working to enhance operator safety and equipment performance. Shane has also served as an industry trainer, consultant, and coach.
